The renovation, completed between 2012 and 2016, has given life to a space that breathes the essence of Mitteleuropa, transporting visitors to a timeless atmosphere. The architectural intervention embraced the challenge of creating an environment that honors Trieste’s rich history while projecting towards a new concept of modernity. The walls, covered with wood paneling, and the stone counter with warm tones, harmoniously dialogue with bronze elements, creating an elegant contrast that evokes the opulence of historic Central European cafes.<\/p>\n

This play of noble materials blends with innovative contemporary solutions: composite wood floors alternate with resin surfaces, offering a visual and tactile texture that unites artisanal tradition with the most advanced technologies.<\/p>\n
